Motorola Razr :
2019 has become the shore for a wave of fullscreen-foldable smartphones. Almost every giant of the big league is revealing a foldable smartphone of its own.
Well, Motorola isn’t an exception as it has an ace in its pocket that will roll out by the end of the year.
The folding mechanism, large display, high-end processor, and the look define the beauty of the foldable smartphones. We have been just hearing about Motorola’s foldable display smartphone for a long time and the time has finally arrived to have a good look at it (or) perhaps even own it.
According to a report, Motorola Razr will be rolling out by the end of 2019. Moto tried to keep ‘Razr’ a secret until its official launch. But as per the leaks rendered we have an idea of the phone’s physical overview.
Razr folds and unfolds vertically unlike other foldable smartphones like Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X that function sidewise. It’s ‘Clamshell’ mode when folded is a perfect compact fit in the pocket comfortably.
Razr has the IPS LCD Display and a screen resolution of 876×2142 pixels and 373 PPI pixel density. Well, it’s a little less when compared to other rookies as they have the Super AMOLED display.
Motorola Razr 2019 smartphone runs on Android version 9.0, Pie Operating System. It is powered by Octa-Core 2.2 GHz, Dual-Core, Kyro 360, +1.7 GHz Hexa-Core.
Moto Razr runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Chipset.
The initial RAM variants start from 4GB and internal storage from 64GB.
The device is equipped with an 8MP selfie camera and a 12MP rear camera that has…
> Digital Zoom
> Autoflash
> Face Detection
> Touch to Focus
> ISO Control
It’s the most sought part of the device for longevity. Razr has a Li-ion battery of 2730 mAh it’s a bit less than others that offer 4000 mAh or above.
As the screen drains more power than usual, it should have been a little more [It’s according to a leaked report, there might be a surprise about the battery during the launch].
The smartphone supports ‘Turbo Power Charging’(18W) that can charge the device in a very short span of time.
Razr has a dual sim slot with 4G, 3G, 2G support. According to an anonymous report, Razr does not support 5G connectivity and they are working on it and will be revealed after the official launch.
It has 3.5mm Audio Jack, Wi-fi Connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Volte, A-GPS, Glonass.
The smartphone comes with sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and includes Fingerprint Sensor on the rear side of the phone.
The new Razr will have a foldable screen nicely tucking into a ‘Clamshell’ mode and has a secondary screen on the rear to display the notifications when folded.
The beginning and emerging design look a lot cooler like the Razr from the 2000s. The only change that can be seen is the tiny screen and keyboard replaced by a display screen that can be folded.
